At OilHub, we aim to provide high-quality oils and automotive products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for products that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for a full refund, unless faulty.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Faulty or damaged products should be returned within 14 days of notification.

3. Process for Refunds

  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.

  • Products purchased as part of a special promotion or clearance sale, unless faulty.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
