TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer means any person making a purchase from OilHub.

  • Goods means any products supplied by OilHub to the Customer.

  • Order means the Customer’s order to purchase Goods from OilHub.

  • Vendor means OilHub Limited.

2. Orders
Orders must be placed via the website or other channels authorised by OilHub.

3. Acceptance
Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice and will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of dispatch.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Risk

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the Customer on delivery.

  • OilHub is not responsible for loss or damage after the Goods have been delivered.

7. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur interest or fees.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return faulty or wrongly supplied Goods within 14 days of delivery.

  • Correctly supplied, non-faulty Goods may be returned only with prior consent and may incur a re-stocking fee.

  • Goods must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

9. Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

  • OilHub makes no other warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suitability of Goods

  • Customers must ensure that the Goods purchased are suitable for their intended use.

  • OilHub is not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of the Goods.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • OilHub’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods.

  • OilHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Privacy

  • Customer information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  • Information may be used for order processing, delivery, and marketing purposes.

  • Customers may request access to or correction of their information at any time.

13. Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel Orders only if the Goods have not been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns in accordance with clause 8.

14. Force Majeure
OilHub is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
